Thomas White, owner of A1 White Bonding Co serving four counties in west Georgia, has spent almost his entire life working in the family business. Learning beside his grandfather, Thomas mastered the intricacies of bail bonding and fugitive recovery from a young age.
Nancy Jones
Senior Bondsman
Nancy Jones is a Senior Bondsman who has spent over four years providing critical support to clients when they need it most. Often recognized as the sweet, reassuring voice that answers every incoming call, Nancy handles all phone inquiries and bonds with deep empathy and professionalism.
Drawing from her background working at a veterinary clinic, Nancy brings a natural sense of care and compassion to her work, ensuring clients are treated with dignity. She goes above and beyond to ensure individuals have access to the vital resources they need to successfully rebuild their lives after getting out of jail. In her personal time, Nancy enjoys surrounding herself with family.
Brittany Noblitt
Office Manager
Brittany Noblitt is an experienced Office Manager who keeps daily business operations running seamlessly. Having dedicated three years to the company, she expertly handles all essential administrative functions, including payment processing, compliance paperwork, and overall office workflow oversight.
Alongside her professional role, Brittany is actively pursuing her passion for healthcare as a nursing student at the University of West Georgia. Outside of her career and academic pursuits, she is a proud Army spouse who loves spending time with her husband and caring for animals.
Courtnie Mashek
Bondsman / Recovery Agent
Courtnie Mashek is a Bondsman and Recovery Agent who brings unique energy, a fantastic sense of humor, and a fierce commitment to her clients. A Douglasville native turned long-time Carroll County local, Courtnie joined the team after serving her community for nearly a decade with Carroll County Animal Control.
Known for her fiery personality and deeply sweet nature, Courtnie splits her time between writing bonds, in the office, and working out in the field on recovery operations. She balances her fast-paced career with a vibrant family life as a proud mom of four, a grandmother to one, and a massive animal lover who cares for her dog, her horse, and her collection of reptiles.
Colby Robinson
Bondsman / Recovery Agent
Colby Robinson is an experienced Bondsman and Bail Recovery Agent originally from Illinois. Over the past year of working together, Colby has proven himself an invaluable asset to the team, dedicated to writing bonds and securing swift releases for clients.
When he is not managing bonds, Colby applies his specialized skills to active fugitive recovery operations. Driven by a love for adventure and the open road, he spends his free time riding motorcycles or enjoying quality moments with his family, nieces, and nephews.
Bella Robinson
Assistant Bond-Dog
Bella Robinson is the official Assistant Bond-Dog and full-time shadow to her handler, Colby. A dedicated professional, Bella divides her time between supervising fieldwork from the passenger seat of Colby’s car and managing morale at the main office with the rest of the staff.
While she takes her administrative presence seriously, Bella is a self-proclaimed “big back” who actively prioritizes competitive snack consumption and premium treat retention. In her off-hours, she manages an extensive portfolio of plush stuffed animals and provides mandatory tail-wagging inspections for everyone in the building.
